and Office Ribbon:
Setting up a User Account
You
will need a Windows Live ID Account to upload videos to, and to rate and comment
on existing content in Community Clips. If you already have a Windows Live ID Account,
you can skip this section. To create a new account or verify that you have an existing
account, go to http://login.live.com/.
